Appeal Guidlines
Appeals can only be made in writing and must be received within 21 days of the breach notice date to be eligible for review.
For all appeals, make sure that you include your;
- Breach Notice Reference Number
- Reason for Appeal
- A way to contact you – postal address or email address
Once we receive your appeal, the breach notice will be placed on hold until we can review and respond. If we need more information from you, we will respond in writing.
We will confirm in writing if your appeal has been successful, or if the breach is upheld and you are still required to pay the breach.
Please note that the fastest way to make an appeal and to receive confirmation is via the online appeal portal.
